Larsons Cycle has been a family owned & operated business for over 50 years. Larsons Cycle began in the mid '50's when Milton Larson received a franchise to sell & service Indian motorcycles. With this, Milt expanded his small-engine repair shop he'd begun in the early '40's at 110 South Adams Street in Cambridge. Shortly after, Milt added BSA, Triumph, Royal Enfield, Matchless, AJS and then in 1963, Yamaha and in '64, Honda.

Milt's son, Barney, joined him at "The Shop" in the mid '60's. In 1966, a 2nd shop opened in St. Paul for a couple of years, where Triumph, Bul-taco & Yam-ahas were sold. Through the years, Larsons has also sold Penton (now KTM), Husqvarna, Bultaco, Ducati, Can-Am & BMW.

Barney took over for his Dad when Milt retired in 1974. In 1997, Larsons expanded and moved from its Adams Street location to its current location on Garfield Street. Barney & Karen Larson owned & operated Larsons Cycle since 1974 until their sons Mike & John Larson, who both began working there around 1968, took over ownership in 2001; however, you'll still find Barney & Karen there working away. Mike's daughter, Jessia joined Larsons in 1997 & you'll find John's son, Jason, there as well. Sadly, John suddenly & unexpectedly passed away in 2006.
